Terms of Service

1. Who we are

GND Lift ("GND Lift," "we," "us," or "our") is a platform that helps musicians connect, collaborate, and share their work. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GND Lift. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you're under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

3. Your account

You sign in via Google OAuth. You're responsible for all activity on your account. Don't share your credentials, and notify us at legal@gndlift.com immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may only create one account. Duplicate or impersonation accounts will be removed.

4. What you can and can't do

You agree to use GND Lift only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you must not:

• Post content you don't have the right to share (including copyrighted music you don't own)
• Impersonate another person or musician
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or scrape the platform without permission
• Use the platform to distribute malware or engage in fraud
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post on GND Lift — your bio, audio samples, profile photo, and any other materials. By posting content, you grant GND Lift a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you post, and that your content doesn't infringe any third-party rights. We're not liable for content posted by users.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. It's part of these terms.

7. Endorsements and credits

Endorsements and discography credits reflect one musician's attestation about another. GND Lift does not verify the accuracy of endorsements or credits. We're not responsible for any endorsement or credit that is inaccurate or made in bad faith. Users who believe a credit or endorsement is false should contact us at legal@gndlift.com.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

On deletion, your profile, messages, audio samples, and personal data are removed from our systems as described in the Privacy Policy. Some data (such as endorsements you gave others) may be retained in anonymized form.

9. No warranties

GND Lift is provided "as is." We make no warranties — express or implied — about the platform's availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee that you'll find collaborators, bookings, or work through the platform.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GND Lift and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which, for a free service, is $0).

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of GND Lift after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
